Meet Our Team

Amanda is originally from California and moved here in 2016. She attended the University of California, Davis, and graduated in 2011 with a B.S in Animal Science with an emphasis on companion and captive animals.

I am a Colorado native, born and raised in the Springs! I was exposed to the Veterinary world at a young age, completing my homeschool assignments in the break room of a local General Practice.

I was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, and started working at animal shelters while attending UW-La Crosse in 2009. I moved to Colorado in 2017 and began working at the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region.

I hold a degree in Zoo Keeping Technology from Pikes Peak Community College and a degree in Veterinary Technology from Bel-Rea Institute of Animal Technology. I have worked in animal care and veterinary medicine for nearly 20 years.
