Wonderful! We brought one of our Cockapoos in at 11 at night for a tick removal. Our normal ER was rude about this simple flick of a tick, so we tried Animal ER Care. The staff was extremely kind, easygoing, and eager to serve. They didn’t charge a penny and had Millie out in a matter of minutes. It was quite impressive that no one ever acted that it was nearly midnight! Their easy to use online registration form was concise and simple. This is now our go-to emergency vet! 100% recommend.

This is the second time we’ve brought 1 of our babies in here, the first didn’t end so well. But this visit obviously a different type and a nervous dog in lots of pain! My boy did great for them and now he’s on the mend! The doctor and her staff were exceptional with us and most importantly him! In a bind a need to be seen 100% recommended, just be prepared to shell out the money….

The staff took excellent care of my pup, as well as excellent care of me as we went through an emotional time. Support staff was attentive through a long wait, and the vet was extremely thorough. My pup is back to normal after 3 days as am I. I had taken a beloved horse to this clinic ten years ago, late at night. We received the same compassionate and thorough expert care. The vet also was clear when her skills had met their limit, and transferred us to an equine hospital. I would highly recommend this veterinary ER center as a first go-to for any animal emergency.

The wait time was long, but my pup was getting the best care possible, so it was worth it. Staff was knowledgeable and respectful of my feelings during such a stressful time. My baby had to spend the night and be transferred the next day and the staff was always happy to take my call and give me updates. I really appreciate them making my pup feel loved while he went through all his tests.

Animal ER Care took amazing care of my sweet puppy! They are very transparent about the pricing/estimates and make paying easy. All the staff was extremely compassionate and patient with all our concerns. I loved that someone was available 24/7 and the doctors would call and give updates on her. They definitely saved my dogs life, this is the best place you can go in an emergency.

My small Yorkie mix had to go to the ER last week for a terrible, scary bout of HGE, in the middle of a snowstorm! Dr Tedeschi was terrific and took the time to talk with my regular vet about the situation. Cassidy was also incredible and really helpful. I've used this clinic before and have always found the staff to be very considerate and caring. The overnight nurses in the ICU are very patient and understanding about calls for updates as well. My dog received excellent care here.

The doctors are the best. My dog seems relaxed with them. They are very busy and I believe the area need more 24 hour vets, as this would help the stress of the dogs and their owners.

Our dog Ronin suddenly developed seizures a week ago. We had him seen by his vet for the first seizure. He suffered two later after the vet was closed which led us to Animal ER Care. The staff there were amazing especially Lucy who stayed passed her shift to ensure I had continuity of care. We are listing this ER as our primary ER for our boy in the future.

We were visiting from Texas and our pup got sick . We were so worried about Coqui. The service is professional. The Staff is Friendly caring, The doctor Is very thorough, she outstanding,. Made us relax
Our pup made a full recovery quickly, by the medication & diet the Doctor gave her.
We believed the price is reasonable also.
My husband wants to bring Coqui back to get her shots because they were so nice

This is an excellent office. The staff is kind and caring. The facility is very clean. They were not directly able to handle our pet's injury but did find the resources we needed to seek treatment for an exotic pocket pet. They also have fresh coffee and complimentary snacks which are life savers when you are waiting.
